These Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon your acceptance of a course, registration, payment, or access to any service provided by Alpha Classes. Acceptance may be expressed electronically, verbally, in writing, or by conduct, including but not limited to attending classes or accessing course materials.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not enroll in or use the services of Alpha Classes.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Alpha Classes,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Alpha Classes and its management.
• “User,” “student,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual who enrolls in, accesses, or uses our services.
• “Services” include but are not limited to classes, courses, study materials, online platforms, applications, and related offerings.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Alpha Classes reserves the right to refuse service, cancel enrollment, or terminate access if provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation by Alpha Classes. Access to course materials, classes, or platforms may be granted only after successful registration and payment.

Alpha Classes reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods at any time without prior notice.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

All fees must be paid as per the communicated structure and timelines. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Fees once paid are subject to the applicable Refund Policy of Alpha Classes.

6. USE OF NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS

By enrolling in or using the services of Alpha Classes, you grant Alpha Classes the right to use your name, photograph, video recordings, testimonials, academic achievements, or other representations for promotional, advertising, marketing, and informational purposes.

Such use may occur in the future and may include but is not limited to websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

No additional compensation shall be provided for such use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, recordings, notes, logos, and branding provided by Alpha Classes are the intellectual property of Alpha Classes or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, share, or misuse any content without prior written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any misconduct, disruption, abuse, or violation of rules may result in disciplinary action, including removal from classes or termination of services without refund.

9. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Users are responsible for maintaining suitable devices, browsers, applications, and internet connections. Alpha Classes is not responsible for access issues arising from technical limitations on the user’s side.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alpha Classes makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, outcomes, or results.

Educational success depends on multiple factors beyond the control of Alpha Classes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Classes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.

This includes but is not limited to academic loss, financial loss, data loss, or reputational harm.

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Alpha Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable policies.

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Alpha Classes may use third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of such third parties.

14. POLICY UPDATES

Alpha Classes may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply immediately upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Alpha Classes.
