Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Alpha Classes for its services, courses, materials, and related offerings. By making a payment to Alpha Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT

All payments made to Alpha Classes are subject to the terms set out in this Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only in accordance with the conditions described below. Alpha Classes reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Online digital or intangible items, including but not limited to recorded lectures, downloadable materials, PDFs, notes, test series, question banks, and study resources.
  • Online access credentials once issued, activated, or used.
  • Subscription-based services, whether partially used or unused.
  • Any service where access has already been granted, regardless of the level of usage.
  • Fees paid for online platforms, applications, or learning management systems.

3. FEES PAID FOR CLASSES AND COURSES

  • Fees paid for offline or online classes, coaching programs, or academic courses are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • If a refund request is made before the commencement of a course, Alpha Classes may, at its sole discretion, consider the request after deducting administrative, processing, and registration charges.
  • No refund shall be provided for missed classes, late joining, personal schedule conflicts, or change of mind.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY FEES

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Any transaction fees, gateway charges, bank fees, or taxes imposed by such third parties are non-refundable.
  • Alpha Classes is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment service providers.

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

No refunds shall be issued for disruptions caused by:

  • Internet connectivity issues.
  • Browser malfunction.
  • Application or device-related problems.
  • Power failures.
  • Third-party platform outages.
  • Maintenance downtime or technical upgrades.

Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility of their devices, browsers, and internet connections.

6. DUPLICATE OR EXCESS PAYMENTS

In the event of a verified duplicate or excess payment made to Alpha Classes, the excess amount may be refunded after verification. Such refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment and may take a reasonable processing time.

7. CANCELLATION BY ALPHA CLASSES

If Alpha Classes cancels a course or service before commencement due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Alpha Classes. The refund amount, if any, shall not include administrative or processing charges.

8. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the official contact channels of Alpha Classes. Requests must include relevant payment details, proof of payment, and the reason for the request.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

9. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days or weeks to process, depending on the payment method, banking procedures, and third-party service providers.

Alpha Classes shall not be responsible for delays beyond its control.

10. NO CASH REFUNDS

All approved refunds shall be made only through the original payment method. Cash refunds shall not be provided under any circumstances.

11. TAXES AND STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS

Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory deductions collected at the time of payment shall not be refundable unless required by law.

12. TRANSFERABILITY

Fees paid are non-transferable. Users may not transfer their enrollment, access rights, or payments to another individual without written approval from Alpha Classes.

13. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment provider without contacting Alpha Classes may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Alpha Classes reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this Refund Policy.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alpha Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from refund denial, service usage, or payment-related matters.

15. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Alpha Classes reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Aligarh Jurisdiction Only. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
